At ENLAPA, our vision is to generate energy from sunlight and maximize the utilization of already sealed areas and offer new income opportunities to farmers and home owners.
Modernization of Agriculture
For centuries, farmers grow trees or plants that are used for heating homes and powering transportation. With the electrification of these industries towards more sustainability, farmers also need to change.
With ENLAPA we offer farmers the opportunity to participate in the green energy production by offering their land for lease.
Solar on every building
Our vision extends beyond fields, reaching to the untapped potential of rooftops and building walls. Each home and each industrial building already has sealed natural grounds. It is therefore logical to use it also to harvest solar energy on it. Contributing the electricity either to the grid or power the local community. With ENLAPA, home owners have access to a network of investors who would rent their roofs and harvest the sun's energy.
Home Owner Associations
HOA fees only know one direction. Up. Renting out their roofs for solar energy production will help Home Owner Associations to offset their monthly cost. ENLAPA provides a marketplace where investors can be found.
